This vinyl discography is for the U.S. only. Years cover are 1965 thru 1971.

You'll find catalog numbers for both mono and stereo issues but by the late '60s most labels had stopped issuing mono records since stereophonic record players were more common.

Formats are LP's (12“ albums), 45's (7” singles), EP's (extended play 7“ 45's with 2 to 3 tracks per side), Mini Albums (7" disc that play at 33 1/3 rpm, with 3 tracks per side). These were usually distributed to jukebox vendors. Mini Albums are included in the LP category. Flexi-Disc are also included. These are recordings released on paper thing vinyl distributed as promotional items and somethimes available for sale in special made vending machines.
